How does it work?
Initial Telehealth Consult
A lab order will be provided at the time of booking. I may be able to use outside labs (i.e., from your PCP) if they have all the test results that I need and they were done less than 6 months ago. I may order additional labs if they are needed to get a clear picture of what is going on with your health. I will not be able to determine a treatment plan or prescribe medications without reviewing these results.

During this consultation we will discuss your results and what they mean for your overall health. We will also take a deep dive into your diet, exercise, lifestyle, stress, coping mechanisms, current medications, supplements, goals, etc. Using all of this information we will develop a treatment plan together.
After Initial Consult
You will receive an invoice for the agreed upon treatment plan. Once paid, the medication will be ordered and delivered to your home. You will receive your diet and exercise plan in our app and educational material about your wellness plan. You will also receive a supplement plan to add to your routine.

Remember, this is a whole plan for your wellness. The medication is part of it, but it doesn't work as well unless you embrace the whole plan and lifestyle change. You are your best chance for success!
Monthly Telehealth Follow up
We will follow up together monthly via telehealth to see how you are progressing, what barriers you face, side effects, diet, exercise, and supplements. At these visits I will assess how you are doing and adjust pieces of your plan as needed like dosing changes, changing macro targets, etc. I will never just send you medication and leave you hoping you are doing things right. We are in this together. I will also reorder labwork at this visits as needed.
Pricing Structure
Initial Consult
This visit requires a deposit of $150. This money will pay your first month membership dues. The lab work is ordered at booking. I have negotiated cash pay options that are often less expensive than insurance copays. However, I do not work with insurance. If you wish to use your insurance I can provide a lab order that you can take to a lab of your choice. Insurance coverage is not guaranteed.
Monthly Membership Costs
Program costs are monthly and will be determined once we have agreed on your treatment plan. Your monthly dues will cover the costs of managing your program which include medication management, follow up visits, diet plans, exercise plans, supplement plans, and your provider being available to you at any time via instant messaging through our app.

Medication costs will be separate and only billed to you when you are due for refill. Medications will not be ordered before the invoice for them is paid. I have contracts with some compounding pharmacies that give me a discount when I order as a provider. I can also send the medications to a pharmacy you choose if that is your preference. I do not work with insurance or do prior authorizations, however, you are able to use HSA or FSA funds.
