All of our services come as a monthly subscription. Packages include coaching sessions, app for tracking food and mood, exercise plans, and text support. We offer a 10% discount for an up front paid commitment for the first three months. We also offer a referral bonus of $25 off your next month for every person you refer who books a package.

Tirzepatide Package
Tirzepatide is a once weekly injection that has been shown in clinical trials to help clients lose up to 25% of their body weight in conjunction with diet and exercise. It works by mimicking GLP-1 and GIP hormones typically produced in your gut to signal your brain that you are full. It also slows down how fast your stomach empties, allowing you to feel full longer.
Semaglutide Package

It works by mimicking GLP-1 hormone typically produced in your gut to signal your brain that you are full. It also slows down how fast your stomach empties, allowing you to feel full longer.
Oral Medication Package
Don't like shots? There are several options for oral medications and supplements that are effective for weight loss in conjunction with diet and exercise lifestyle changes. We will discuss your symptoms and options to determine which will be right for you.
*After 3 months the price of the Tirzepatide and Semaglutide packages may increase based on the cost of medication. Dosages are changed based on individual response. You will know the price after your follow up appointment, as it will be based on your current dosage.
Health Coaching Package
We also offer a holistic, unmedicated approach to weight loss for those who prefer to work on lifestyle changes without medication. You will be given dietary guidance and recipes based on your lifestyle and preferences, as well as an exercise prescription that will fit into your life and behavioral therapy. We also offer vitamin and dietary supplements to help balance your nutrition. This package is also a good choice if your insurance will cover weight loss medication.
Add-on services

We also offer add on services such as peptides, B12 shots, Lipo-B skinny shots, Lipo-C skinny shots, and additional lab work beyond our normal lab panel. These are individually priced. Ask me for more information.
Initial Consultation
During this consultation we will take a deep dive into your lifestyle, goals, and desires. We will also review your lab work and determine together which program will work best for you. The price of this consultation will be applied toward the first month of the program that fits you best. Lab work will be ordered during your 15 minute free consult and must be completed prior to this appointment.
